The Ethics and Compliance Plan is an integral part of Inglis’ commitment to an ethical work environment. It sets forth our standards of proper legal, ethical and professional behavior and describes how Inglis staff, clients, their families, volunteers and vendors can communicate any legal, ethical or quality concerns so they can be swiftly resolved.

Standards of Conduct

As an Inglis customer, your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. To that end, we've developed the following standards of conduct to ensure you receive the highest quality of care. We do this by:

Confidential ComplianceLine

Inglis encourages you to discuss any concerns or issues with the appropriate member of management. However, if you have concerns about such issues as resident care, confidentiality, theft, security, equal employment opportunity violations, finances and billing, or you do not feel that your concerns have been addressed, you can report them to our toll-free, confidential ComplianceLine at 1-866-368-1902, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The ComplianceLine allows you to report your concerns anonymously.

A report will be provided to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of Inglis for investigation and resolution. You will be provided with a report identification number and a call back date in order to receive the results of the investigation if you so desire.

Inglis is committed to preserving the privacy and confidentiality of residents' and clients' health information, which is created and/or maintained by us. State and federal laws and regulations require us to implement policies and procedures to safeguard the privacy of health information.
