Inglis encourages you to discuss any concerns or issues with the appropriate member of management. However, if you have concerns about such issues as resident care, confidentiality, theft, security, equal employment opportunity violations, finances and billing, or you do not feel that your concerns have been addressed, you can report them to our toll-free, confidential ComplianceLine at 1-866-368-1902, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The ComplianceLine allows you to report your concerns anonymously.
A report will be provided to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of Inglis for investigation and resolution. You will be provided with a report identification number and a call back date in order to receive the results of the investigation if you so desire.
