KEVIN S. KELLY NAMED VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER FOR INGLIS FOUNDATION

(Philadelphia, PA) – Kevin S. Kelly joins Inglis Foundation as vice president, chief financial officer. Mr. Kelly comes to Inglis from Complete Healthcare Resources where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

As Inglis’ vice president, chief financial officer, Mr. Kelly leads the Inglis management team in developing strategic financial plans, building business plans, operating budgets and capital budgets. He is responsible for the integrity of all Inglis’ financial statements in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and the Inglis Foundation Board. Mr. Kelly also provides leadership for the Foundation’s accessible housing mission and operating performance of Inglis Housing Corporation. 

Mr. Kelly’s career combines more than 30 years of financial and operational expertise in health care and real estate. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Complete Healthcare Resources, a suburban Philadelphia-based owner/operator of, and manager/consultant to skilled nursing and other facilities for the elderly, he was responsible for all financial and real estate activities. Prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Kelly was Complete Healthcare’s Senior Vice President of Development.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University Of Notre Dame (IN). He resides in Jenkintown, PA, with his wife Barbara.
