At Inglis, we always welcome new volunteers who want to share their time and talents.
Volunteers provide an extra dimension of care in the lives of Inglis clients. Most volunteers spend their time at Inglis House where there are many ways to get involved and make a difference. If you are over the age of 18, there are volunteer opportunities available seven days a week, during the day and in the evening.
Inglis staff will work closely with you to match your interests and schedule to just the right opportunity. Here are a few examples of how Inglis volunteers enrich the lives of Inglis House residents:

There is also a junior volunteer program from June through August for teenagers ages 14-17. Junior volunteers get involved with many of the same activities as adult volunteers. In addition to junior volunteer activities in the summer, teenage volunteers also visit Inglis House during the school year to complete community service projects, perform and assist with holiday events. There is also an active pool of local college students who provide service.
