Cheryl Whitfield
Chief People & Culture Officer
In her role as a Chief People & Culture Officer, Cheryl who has over 15 years of experience in human resources, leads and manage all aspects of people-based initiatives, from talent acquisition to employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, talent development and internal communications.
Cheryl also supports organizational evolution by redesigning teams, roles, or departments as needed to adapt to external factors. She aims to ensure these changes maximize efficiency and alignment with Inglis’ goals while minimizing disruption.
Cheryl states “My mission is to create a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, access, and belonging (IDEAB) within Inglis and I’m passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment that champions the values and vision of the organization. I believe that listening and learning from different perspectives are the keys to finding solutions and achieving goals”.
