“Learn” is the first of our LIST ONE values. Once you’re hired, we ensure that you receive the help you need to be a successful employee. We offer many opportunities to learn, to better your skills and to know more about Inglis and its future plans.
Opportunities include:
- In-service skills sessions for clinical and therapy staff are held frequently to ensure that everyone is aware of changes in procedures, regulations and policies.
- Leadership Development Institutes for Inglis managers are day-long sessions held four times a year to improve their management skills and ensure they are up-to-date on Inglis’ future direction. Upon their return, they share their learning with their staff.
- Town Hall meetings are held quarterly, around the clock, for all staff to receive updates on policies, events, and Inglis plans.
