Lauren Clement
Senior Director, Strategic and Business Development
Lauren Clement serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Projects and Processes and is responsible for leading and evaluating the activities and outcomes of Inglis’ Strategic Plan while ensuring project alignment with the organization’s stated goals.
She partners with the Executive Leadership Team to enhance business strategy, processes, and workflows while spearheading efforts to include stakeholder voices in decision-making. In addition to Leading the Strategic plan efforts, Lauren also supports the Business Development processes at Inglis, including the assessment of programs and processes to enhance business strategies that align with strategic goals for growth and expansion.
Lauren came to Inglis in 2013 and is a Temple University graduate with a BA in Strategic Communications. Lauren holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Project Management Leadership.
