Inclusive Speaker Series: The Life and Tribulations of a Self-Advocate with Bill Krebs

Inglis’ Inclusive Speaker Series is a great opportunity for disability advocates (especially self-advocates) to hone their thought leadership skills, network, and connect with a diverse audience of like-minded professionals focused on improving accessibility and inclusion throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. These FREE events are open to everyone including advocates and self-advocates, provider associations, fellow disability providers, and anyone interested in supporting the disability community as whole.

Join us on Wednesday, October 2nd at 4 PM for our inaugural event with a presentation by Bill Krebs of Keystone Human Services entitled “The Life and Tribulations of a Self-Advocate.  Bill will walk the audience through his personal experiences as well as effective tools and strategies disability advocates can use when advocating for themselves or others in professional spaces. Thank you to the Inglis Consumer Advisory Committee (ICAC) for hosting this FREE event! Refreshments will be provided as well as a 3D-printing demo and a tour of the Inglis Innovation Center.

Interested in becoming a speaker for this series? If you or someone you know who is connected to the disability community—is interested please reach out to Brian Valdez at brian.valdez@inglis.org.
