HelpHOPELive™ (Radnor, PA) (formerly known as National Transplant Assistance Fund) helps individuals and families overcome the financial barriers caused by catastrophic injury, amputation or traumatic brain injury through grassroots fundraising. They provide needed consultation for raising funds to bridge the gap between what health insurance will pay and what is actually needed to heal, live and thrive. An ACE recipient in 2008, the organization has since automated its application process, implemented a peer support network for current and new patients, established a social media presence to increase awareness and raise funds, and enhanced outreach to area rehabilitation facilities.
