Program Book Ads and Logo Specifications

Submitting Artwork for Program Book:

We can accept your camera-ready ad as a digital file.
Full-Page Ads (Chairman's, Platinum, & Program Book Sponsors)
- 5.5" wide x 8.5" tall, with bleeds and crops
Half-Page Ads (Inglis Sponsor)
- 5.5" wide x 4.125" tall with bleeds and crops
Size: 300 dpi for images, 600 dpi for line art (bitmap); PDF, TIFF, EPS or JPG
Note: pdf documents must be a high-resolution file, minimum 300 dpi at actual size.
Ads should be submitted by e-mail to: golf@inglis.org
Please include a contact name and phone number in the event there is a problem.
Please use “Inglis” instead of “Inglis House” in your ad.
If you would like to reuse your ad from a previous year, please confirm with us at golf@inglis.org by the due date.

Inglis reserves the right to manipulate ad copy if the size of the ad is not correct. All advertising copy shall be subject to the approval of Inglis. The advertiser is responsible for any claim resulting from the unauthorized use of any name, artwork or words protected by copyright or registered trademark, etc., in connection with this advertising.

Submitting Logos for Website:

We can accept your logo as a digital file.
Size: 250 x 250 pixels; Resolution: at least 150 dpi
Format: PDF, TIFF, EPS or JPG
If you would like to reuse your logo from a previous year, please confirm with us at golf@inglis.org by the due date.

Submitting Foursome & Guest Information:

Foursome names, contact information, and handicap (or average score for 18 holes)
Guest names for Evening Awards Ceremony
