Honorary & Memorial Gifts

An honorary or memorial gift is a meaningful way to convey sympathy to the bereaved, memorialize a loved one, commemorate a special occasion, or honor someone in a meaningful way. 

It is also a wonderful way to express gratitude to a physician, nurse, or Inglis staff member who has made a special impact in your life or the life of your loved one. These gifts make an immediate difference in the Inglis Community. 

In acknowledgment of your support, a note is sent to the individual being honored — or the family of those memorialized — informing them of your thoughtful gift. The amount of the contribution is kept confidential. You will receive an acknowledgment of your gift for tax purposes and your gift will be recognized in Inglis’ annual donor listing.

Memorial gifts are a distinctive way to remember a loved one or friend. If you find it helpful, you may use the following language to communicate this request:

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that you make a donation in memory of (Name of Loved One) to Inglis, c/o Development Office, 2600 Belmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131 or at www.inglis.org/donate.
